关于在晋中外籍人士新冠病毒疫苗
预约接种的通告
根据山西省新冠肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组办公室统一部署，市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作领导小组办公室决定，按照“知情自愿、风险自担”的原则，为在晋中适龄外籍人士（目前为18周岁以上人群）接种新冠病毒疫苗。
需要接种的外籍人士凭中华人民共和国永久居留身份证或护照及有效停居留证件，到榆次区北关街道社区卫生服务中心（榆次区中都路246号，榆次区中医医院北侧）新冠疫苗接种点预约接种，预约电话：0354-3952391。

Notice of the Appointment on COVID-
19 Vaccination for Foreign Nationals in Jinzhong City
According to the arrangement by Office of the Leading Group for the Prevention and Control of the COVID19 Epidemic of Shanxi Province, Office of the Leading Group for the Prevention and Control of the COVID-19 Epidemic of Jinzhong City has decided, in accordance with the principle of “informed, voluntary and at-own-risk”, Jinzhong City has included foreign nationals in Jinzhong (over 18 years old) in the eligible group of COVID-19 vaccination.
Foreigners who need to be vaccinated, with your permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China, or your passport and valid residence permit, could go to the Bei Guan Street Community Health Service Center of Yuci District (Address: No.246, Zhong Du Road, Yuci District, north side of the Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital of Yuci District) to make an appointment for vaccination.
